well i'm home. i've been home for a little while now. this summer was so amazing. God was so faithful and taught me so much. i am glad to be home though.

most exciting news: tomorrow ethan comes home. it's been 81 days since we've seen each other. it's been a great summer,  but a really long one. i'm so happy to see him. i've missed him so badly.

pictures later. i have some fun ones from the summer.

so the summer is going great! our greenville project finished up nicely. we had a great group of students and their leaders. our coordinating staff was amazing. my team gets along perfectly and we work together so well. we are in myrtle beach right now just resting and hanging out until we move to barnwell for our next project. it's been nice. although i got a sweet sunburn on the back of my legs and it hurts really badly! things with the boy are great. we've been apart for a while and still have a while to go, but we talk a lot and stuff and it's good. can't wait to see him though.

here are some pictures from the summer so far...for more, go here http://worldchangerssc.mypicgallery.com/

hi everyone.

i am currently in greenville, south carolina. we start our first week of projects tomorrow. we have been here at the high school setting up since yesterday and we have everything finished. all we have to do is wait for the kids to get here tomorrow. i am super excited. when the kids get here, the intensity and excitement goes up immensely. it's way fun.

my team is wonderful. i seriously don't think i could have asked for a more fun team. i love them so much!

please be praying for us. the project week is really tough on you spiritually, physically, and emotionally. we are prepared for it though.

it's also really hard not being able to talk to the boyfriend. he's three hours behind me in time difference and that is no fun at all. by the time he gets a chance to call, it's super late here. God is doing some really cool things though. it's all worth it, but it sure is miserable. talk about a good way to know for sure how you feel about someone...be apart for 3 months and see how much you miss each other. wow. unbelievable.

please comment! or you can email me.... erp11784@yahoo.com. or you can still write me at the address in the last post. it sure would be nice to get some mail!!!!!!

hope you all are doing great! peace out.

so i've been reading this amazing book. it made me think a lot about how much i love people who are different than me, people who don't know Jesus. i am still processing it all. i will elaborate as i work it out in my head. i like to be able to really chew on something i am thinking about.

so here's something else i've been thinking about. God designed love in a way that you feel incomplete when you aren't with the object of your love. being away from someone you love is truly the most miserable thing to experience. but wouldn't you rather be in love and be miserable missing someone, knowing it's reciprocated and you will see them in short period of time, than not be in love at all. i would.
